Salah Gammouh has over 15 years of experience in healthcare management, health systems development, pharmaceutical care, and clinical service delivery improvement at institutional, national, and international levels. Salah previously worked with Management Sciences for Health, playing a pivotal role in the Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems (SPS) and Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) programs in Jordan. Before that, Salah acted as the Director of Clinical Operations in commissioning a new, modern hospital in Amman and led the implementation of two of the largest USAID-funded health programs in Jordan as the Deputy Chief of Party, Performance Management & Quality Assurance Lead for Abt Associates. Through all his roles, including a clinical pharmacist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and WHO program officer, he gained dynamic leadership skills with adaptability to different administrative environments, management of tasks and teams from varying technical disciplines, and alignment of efforts toward achieving outcomes and strategies.
Salah graduated from the Ohio State University with a doctoral degree in pharmacy and a minor in business.
