Mark Morris

Mark Morris’s portfolio comprises the Philippines, Rwanda, and Mozambique. In recent years, Mark has worked as Managing Director for the Global Health Supply Chain–Procurement Supply Management (GHSC-PSM) project administered by Chemonics International. While at Chemonics, he was responsible for managing several countries, including Rwanda, Guinea, Ghana, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Thailand, and Laos. Prior to joining Chemonics, he was employed by Management Sciences for Health (MSH) for more than ten years in a number of roles, including Portfolio Manager, Deputy Chief of Party, and Deputy Resident Advisor. Over the course of his employment with MSH, he supported Angola, Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Kenya under the USAID-funded Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) project, the Strengthening Pharmaceutical Systems (SPS) Afghanistan program, and the Rational Pharmaceutical Management (RMP) Plus program. He holds master’s degrees in public health and social work and has more than 15 years of professional experience.
