Roselyne Toby

Dr. Roselyne Toby is an infectious diseases physician. She has been involved in containing antimicrobial resistance (AMR) as a member of the Cameroon national working group for many years. She was trained in advanced infection prevention and control (IPC) by WHO in 2017 and is a member of the WHO working group on IPC minimum requirements in resource-limited settings. Dr. Toby has regularly participated in the writing of national guidelines for the treatment of infectious diseases and worked with the national HIV drug resistance group. Since 2013, she held Ministry of Health central level positions, first as a Chief of Service for non-communicable diseases, and then as a sub-director in charge of research. She joined MTaPS in September 2019.
