Niranjan Konduri

Deputy Technical Director

Niranjan Konduri serves as Deputy Technical Director for MTaPS. His expertise is in cross-cutting access to medicines initiatives and pharmaceutical systems strengthening activities. Mr. Konduri recently led a team for WHO that conducted multicountry research on national policies, legislative and regulatory system approaches for market authorization, licensing, post-market surveillance, and prescribing and use of antimicrobials in 13 representative low- and middle-income and high-income WHO member states. In collaboration with his colleagues at all levels in diverse country settings, Mr. Konduri provides strategic oversight in the design, implementation, and monitoring of the Global Health Security Agenda action package on antimicrobial resistance, infection prevention and control, and multisectoral stakeholder coordination.
