Lessons Learned from the Implementation of IPC Programs in Uganda

This technical brief summarizes MTaPS’ collaboration with the government of Uganda to strengthen capacity for IPC practices at the national and sub-national levels. MTaPS-supported health facilities have demonstrated improvement in IPC core components, hand hygiene strategies, and hand hygiene knowledge among health workers.
